Who Does Not Love More Accessories ?

Here are some of the lovely accessories from the last post. These pictures are more Pinterest friendly since who doesn’t love Pinterest. Eternel Trésor is always Pinterest happy. I just love that site. I included a few new ones as well because they were to cute not to include. So enjoy looking and pinning away.

Just in case you were wondering if I am completely obsessed with the BHLDN website. You are correct! Their site is awesome and there is so many beautiful dresses and accessories to look at and drool over. So, if you haven’t been over there to check it out. I suggest you go take a peek now. It could be very dangerous though so, don’t say I didn’t warn you.

I  just love this lamb fur cover up. It gives the feeling of feathers (reminds me of ostrich feathers. I just can’t get enough

Art-Deco shapes are very pretty especially when mixed with purse designs.

The Complete Look

Here is some inspirational looks I put together in keeping with the 1920’s theme. Just remember if your theme is the 20’s. Not everything has to resemble that era 100%. Your focal point is always the the wedding dress so things should always enhance that not take away from it.

Have fun looking at these three looks.

1st Look: I decided to go with these cute t-strap shoes which were a huge trend in the 20’s. The dress does not scream 20’s but it is somewhat lose in the bust and waist which is very much a 20’s style. Art Deco inspired jewelery and purse help to enhance the era and look, along with a heavy lace edged veil that can be worn as a head cap veil.

2nd Look: This wedding dress gives off an Art Deco vibe with it’s interesting seaming/lines which is so often seen in Art Deco of the 20’s. A fun lambs fur ( resembling Ostrich feathers I think)  cover-up help to give a flapper vibe (Also great for cold weather). The shoes match the cover-up. (Even though they are not 100% 20’s inspired they tie in nicely because they go well with the feather trend of those times. And again work nicely with the cover-up). The necklace is a longer chained necklace with interesting shapes again like art deco which then help to pull off the beaded purse.  Then to finish off the look I included a sparkly head band which is just enough.

3rd Look: This dress is fitted very lose (only giving us maybe a slight hint of curves but not much). I wanted to make the focal point on this dress about the dress and the body jewelery that create Art-Deco lines. The veil is very simple as not to distract from the focal point with just a slight hint of lace. The same simplicity is also in the earrings not to small but not to big just enough. T-strap shoes again. And lastly to add just a little bit of fun, texture and movement to breakup the simplicity of this combination. I choose a flowy feather purse.

Well I better run I hope you enjoyed my looks.
