Happy Thursday Everyone! I know I have been away for some time and I’m really sorry about that. I’ve had some major changes going on in life. For starters I decided to part ways with my full time job designing eyewear. I was working 40- 45 hours a week and that left little time for anything else. However, it seemed like something was telling me it was time to go.  After almost three years of being with the same company and them relocating. I felt deep down the relocation was not what I was suppose to do. I felt a overwhelming wave of calm emotion sweep over me several times telling me it was the right decision (even though It should have freaked me out especially being a single parent and all). But everything I did to try to relocate only seemed to go horribly wrong which now looking back I see why bahaha. Something kept pulling me towards Los Angeles instead of Orange County (which I was residing in Orange County). Plus I missed designing clothing SOO SOO much. I finally broke the news to my mom which I had to tell her to sit down! My mom at first thought I got fired haha thanks mom! Surprisingly though my mom was really supportive and I had to ask if she was really listening to what I was saying which was quitting my full time eyewear design job. But she said she knew in her heart too it was the right decision. Then I had to break the news to the rest of my family and friends who all thought I lost my mind.

I honestly don’t know where my life is going at the moment. But I know it is going where it’s suppose to and I’m trying to have a lot of faith and trying to enjoy the adventure. I now live in Los Angeles County and much closer to Los Angles. I have been crazy busy redoing my portfolio with lots of new designs so, if you follow me on Instagram you’ve probably seen some of the things I’ve been working on. I really do love designing and styling clothing! I’ve also been hard at work on another project which I can’t reveal just yet but I’m getting really excited about! Thank you very kindly for all your patience you all are the best.

In this post I just wanted to celebrate that summer is here ! Although it’s been cloudy here in California and well I am loving the 70 degree weather haha. So, all I’ve been wanting to do is wear comfortable clothes nothing too clingy and things that can be easily layered. Awhile back I stumbled on a jean jacket that read Jesus Wants Me For Sunbeam and knew I had to have one and make my own version. I seriously have been so obsessed with making one and so I went out and bought a jean jacket and the rest is history and here is the result. I spent a couple of late nights working on my jacket but I totally love it and it kicks butt! I kind of really want to wear it everyday and sleep in it I mean who wouldn’t want to be a Sunbeam in Jesus’s eyes ??!! I was kidding about sleeping in it kind of hahaha.
